I Never thought I'd See the Day...

Howdy lash-lovers!  Something has been on my mind for a while, and I know others in the skin care profession feel the same.  I'm talking about Beauty-Bloggers and YouTube makeup artists- and the skin care advice they give.  Advice that many times, is misinformed and leads people to believe that over-the-counter products are the answer to treating skin conditions that should only be treated by licensed professionals.  Now don't get me wrong - I love my YouTube artists!  This is where I learned about the magic that is eyeshadow primer. But the skincare advice is best left to estheticians whom hold the proper licensure and education, in my opinion.  I just hate seeing a makeup artist doing a video when she's struggling with acne and talking about her great skin care routine - using Nuetrogena wipes and Clinique moisturizer... Ug!

That is why I was so excited to find Jacyln Hill's YouTube channel.  She is beautiful, and luckily has a family member who is an Esthetician.  She has a great skin care routine video and highlights some great products from Sanitas.  I love their stuff and have used it personally.  They are an amazing brand. You can get Sanitas from an Esthetician in your area by checking their website directory http://www.sanitas-skincare.com/findsanitas1.html

I never thought I'd see the day that I could jump on YouTube for a fabulous makeup tutorial and see a makeup artist promoting professional skin care products.  This is so exciting for me, and you guys too!  I know some other Esti's that are working on something similar for YouTube.

Really taking the time to schedule and appointment with a skin care professional to discuss your skin will net you far better results that trying your luck as CVS.  I promise!  Check out Jacyln's routine here.
