We are re-opening on Monday May 11th! Our re-opening is subject to county approval from Arapaho County and from DORA. Please feel free to call or text with any questions at 303-884-6989.

We understand your concerns and are taking additional precautionary measures in response to Covid-19. Our policies and procedures have been revised to decrease exposure. We urge you to review these updates prior to scheduling.

Salon Procedure Updates

*Please note, most of these practices and policies have been in place prior to this pandemic. However, we know how important it is to educate our clients about the steps we’re taking to protect their health and safety during this time.

  • Your provider will be wearing a facial mask and will wash hands before and after each client.

  • Your provider will reapply hand sanitizer multiple times throughout every service provided.

  • All procedure implements, stations, and products will be sanitized, disinfected, and/or sterilized before and after every client.

  • All blankets have been removed. (Be sure to bring a sweater as the studio can get chilly.)

  • All magazines and reading materials have been removed.

  • We’ll be leaving the studio doors open to prevent germ and virus transfer via door handles.

  • Our lash stations will be rearranged to follow CDC & DORA guidelines.

  • Non-essential products and materials have been removed from waiting areas and service stations.

Policy Updates + Revisions

What We Ask Of Our Clients:

  • If you’re not feeling well, please stay home.

  • Notify the salon of any recent international travel.

  • Our existing 24 hour cancellation requirement will remain in place. That being said, we respectfully ask that you provide us with as much advanced notice as possible should you need to cancel your appointment.

  • Bring with you a face mask or covering, as it is currently mandatory for the entire duration you’re in the studio.

  • We ask that you arrive solo to your appointment. Our space is small and we work in close proximity, so it’s vital that we do our best to keep our social gatherings to a minimum.

  • Early arrivals and waiting area updates: The waiting are is closed until further notice. We will be taking clients in a “one in, one out” capacity. The doors will be locked between appointments. Please wait in your car if you arrive early. I will shoot you a text when I’ve finished sanitizing and it’s time for you to come in.

  • Children or service animals:

*** We understand that life has been hectic and schools are closed. From what we understand, both children and pets can be potential Covid-19 carriers. That being said, we want to work with you to create a solution where you can receive your service but that does not expose anyone to unnecessary risk. Please schedule your appointment when child-care becomes available to you.

  • Please notify your provider if you at some point test positive for Covid-19. You’ll remain anonymous, however its our responsibility and moral obligation to contact our clients who may have come in contact with the virus.

  • We highly recommend you start a contact-tracing log of who you interact with each day!

  • Lastly, we ask that you be considerate and patient of any rescheduling on our end. If at any point the governing bodies that hold our licensure, or state or other officials deem necessary for us to close again, we will have to. If for any reason any of our service providers feel ill, you will be rescheduled to the best of our abilities. Our number one priority is not spreading the virus. Thank you. We look forward to seeing you soon!
